Paul Marc Goulet, M.A. is a visionary executive leader, author, and humanitarian with over 38 in nonprofit leadership, organizational development, and global outreach.

As the CEO and Co-Courage Project, Paul Marc leads the mission to raise courageous, values-driven leaders who impact culture with conviction, integrity, and compassion. His strategic vision and decades of leadership experience provide the foundation for the movement’s global initiatives, empowering emerging leaders to transform their communities from the inside out.

As the Founder and CEO of LVRC, Paul has built and led transformative organizations across Las Vegas and 29 countries, publishing personal growth curricula, developing accredited leadership programs with universities, and creating multimedia platforms that promote holistic health and faith. A certified John Maxwell EQUIP Trainer and Global Priority Solutions Facilitator, he has trained thousands of leaders worldwide, pioneered Nevada’s first federally approved fatherhood program, and secured major federal grants such as the Fatherhood Fire Grant.

Recognized as a Distinguished Nevadan (2013) by the Nevada System of Higher Education and honored by the City of Las Vegas for his crisis leadership and humanitarian service, Paul continues to shape both local and international communities. Fluent in English and French, he is the author of more than ten books and a sought-after communicator whose passion, wisdom, and compassion continue to inspire transformation—one leader, one life, and one nation at a time.
